- Where can I find my Tax Declaration Number (TDN)?
Your TDN can be found in your latest Statement of Real Property Tax (see photo below) or your latest RPT payment receipt.
- How will I know if my registration has been accepted?
Read and UNDERSTAND carefully the registration guide provided. Updates will be provided on the E-mail account you registered.
- The photo/s that I uploaded/attached was rejected. What should I do?
Make sure that your photo does not exceed 5MB. You may re-upload your photo once resized.
- How long will it take for my registration to get approved?
Once registration has no lacking/questionable data, turnaround time can be within the day up to two working days. Kindly monitor your registered E-mail account regularly.
- What should I do when my application got rejected?
You may register again. Make sure to take note of the comments given via E-mail on why your application got rejected.
- What cards can I use for the payment?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment.
- Are there convenience fees?
Yes. Credit card payments follow Maya's rate of 0.05 centavos + 1.85% of the charged amount, and the Paymaya App and QR charges PHP 15 (coming soon).
- Where can I get the official receipt?
The receipt will be sent via E-mail. You may also request for a hard copy at the City Treasurer’s Office.
